Yes. The inspection, the estimate and the property wellness report are all free, with no obligation to hire us.
What is the property wellness report?
It's a free report we provide with your inspection so you have a clear record of your home's condition and what we found.
Will my insurance claim be approved?
We can't promise that — your insurance company decides coverage. What we can do is identify storm damage, document it clearly and help you through the claim process.
I don't have storm damage. Can I still reach out?
Absolutely. Choose "No, just general work needed" on the form and tell us about your roof, siding or window project. General work inquiries are welcome.
Do I have to own the property to request an inspection?
No. Anyone can send a request — we ask so we know who we're working with and can plan the next step.
Will the high-impact upgrade lower my insurance premium?
It may. Some insurers offer a premium discount for high-impact roofing, but it isn't guaranteed. Check with your insurance provider about your policy.
